Tulive housing is a small team whose biggest goal is to offer you an uncomplicated and nice stay in Vienna.

We offer high flexibility, fair prices, all-inclusive furnishing and great flatmates for a perfect start in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

What does "tulive housing" stand for?

Our managing director Greg created this name due to his love for tulips.

„When I was a child, my mother always decorated our apartment with fresh tulips. As a student, I started traveling the world and doing internships all around the globe. I stayed in a wide variety of accommodations and especially appreciated concepts that offered me both a place of retreat and privacy and also communal areas to meet my flatmates and enjoy time together.

The name tulive housing stands for a special moment I had when I finally came home after a nine-month stay in China. Exhausted from the trip, I opened the front door of my apartment and my view fell directly on a bouquet of orange tulips. In this moment I knew: I was finally home again.

That’s exactly the feeling we want to give our tenants when they choose a room at tulive housing: enter, arrive, and feel at home.“

Gregor Roncevic

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Gregor oversees the strategic direction of Tulive Housing and ensures we maintain our commitment to quality and transparency. With a background in international student services, he understands the challenges of relocating to Vienna and is passionate about creating welcoming spaces for our international community.

Kevin Urbanek

Co-Founder & Operations Director

Kevin manages day-to-day operations, property relationships, and tenant services. His attention to detail and systematic approach ensure smooth processes from application to move-in. He personally oversees property quality and tenant matching to maintain our high standards.

Lisa Weber

Community & Support Coordinator

Lisa is the heart of our tenant community. She handles tenant inquiries, coordinates move-ins, and creates connections between flatmates. Her multilingual skills and empathetic approach make the transition to Vienna seamless for our international tenants.
